• An optional end date, and a pause that stops future occurrences

Get reminded before the date, not after

Reminders are scheduled for the morning in the property’s own timezone, so a reminder for a flat overseas arrives on the right local day.

Leases, policies, deeds and receipts, stored against the property they concern. Files are private — reached only through short-lived links issued to you.
